    For further inspection, could you please share with us your whole screenshot when you face that problem? It would be much more helpful if you could tell us which version you are currently using. Thanks :)

    You may want to check your > user settings for the type of hardware device you are using. As a last ditch effort you can set the user interface back to default, that might remedy the problem. Otherwise use the help > direct email to MD in your user profile to get in touch with MD support and you should get a swift answer.
