how do I import a zip puller

You cannot import a zip puller from illustrator (not possible) that is a 2D medium. Zip pullers are 3D mesh models.

What you can do is import a 3D model.

Hello Christine , thanks for your inquiry. As Angel said above, there is not an option to import a 2D image/ vector image as 3D object. You would need to create a zipper pull within another 3D software such as Maya, Zbrush and import it to marvelous designer.

See how you can create a custom button shape and load that in as a new model item.

Hi Angel, thank you for your advice. I need to do that less complicated since I am not fit in Maya, zbrush yet. Probably I did not express my question correctly:  Isn't there a possibilty to do it via the pattern tool with a PNG file? I have treid it, but it doesnt work properly. Is there a step by step tutotiel for this?

The same with badges, graphics and other accessories created in Ai / exported as PNG.
