Marvelous Designer Enterprise Standalone is a node-locked type license, which means the license will remain on the one PC that you initially used to log in to the software, and 1 ID only can only hold 1 license. In order to activate this license on a different PC, you're required to deactivate the license from the previous location manually. You can request deactivation on the software (Settings > Deactivate License) or Team Console page.
In contrast, Marvelous Designer Enterprise Network is a floating type license, which means multiple users will access the license with one shared ID, and the license will be activated and released automatically upon license operation. You can install and activate the software on as many PCs as you want, but the concurrent number will be determined by how many licenses you purchase. Also, with a Network License type, you can select either Online or Offline Authentication. For Network Offline Authentication, a Software License Key would be provided that is available to be installed either a physical or a virtual server.
